The MiSeq i100 Series features a completely redesigned architecture that integrates the breakthrough technology and chemistry of the NovaSeq™ X Series, further advancing Illumina's powerful XLEAP-SBS™ sequencing innovation. This enables room-temperature storage and shipping capabilities without requiring a cold chain, and greater on-demand sequencing flexibility without thawing reagents, reducing reagent waste and environmental impact. It offers flexible throughput capabilities with two configurations: the MiSeq100 Plus system reads up to 100 million single-end reads per run, while the MiSeq100 system reads up to 25 million single-end reads per run. Workflows can be run directly on the instrument or through cloud-based DRAGENT genomic data analysis, minimizing the need for bioinformatics expertise.
